Who, Me ?

Well, yes, that's me ... Ah ... yes, well, Cristian Secară is my name, also called Secărică by my friends. I’m living in Romania (you know, Eastern Europe, Earth ...), Bucharest being my home town.

I started this life some time ago, in August 1961 if I remember well ... Have a few hobbies, like electronics, computers, mountain, photography, speology, ski, drinking coffee, ...

My job has always been around television studios, mostly outside broadcast events. I am the owner of a tiny company, Magic Fox Media srl, which is focused on television sytem integration.
Anyway, technical stuff, technical activities.

... and she's Andrada, you know, my wife ... (just a break for family activities ...)

Me and my lovely wife we like to travel all around the country and outside: me - searching for exciting wild places; she - searching for peaceful places (hoping she will never get face to face with the Carpathian Brown Bear) ...

In the most recent years our trips have been extended in Austria (Innsbruck, Wien, Salzburg), Swiss (Weggis, Luzern), France (Chamonix) and Italy (various places), all by car until now.
More trips are still to come ... (hopefully :)

From left to right: Rubiliţă and Rex :) We also have two dogs, hers is a little teckel (Rex) and mine is a big Wolf (Rubiliță).

(... the family break is over)

I like progressive rock & (some) industrial music, like Nine Inch Nails (somewhat limited to Broken - Further Down the Spiral), Tool (and to a lesser degree The Perfect Circle), some older Judas Priest.

Other (musical) preferences: Camel, Can, Gentle Giant, King Crimson (& Robert Fripp), Van Der Graaf Generator (& Peter Hammill).
Also Genesis (specially Peter Gabriel era) and Jethro Tull.

One of my favorite TV channels are Discovery and National Geographic. There is also a strange (in good sense) channel, Fashion TV, something with an extremely relaxant audio background.

In 2002 I have experienced a bizarre feeling and a light leg injury, during a bungee_jump.

The top crane arm height was at 58m. The jump line consisted of 10 m elastic cord, with an addition of approximately 4m static cord.

This movie is the long (complete) version, about 5’39” duration. The credit for this perfect shooting goes to Mircea Petculescu, b1 television.

Ahm ... yes, finished ...
