Romanian Keyboard Layout à la Microsoft
Romanian keyboard layout, delivered with Microsoft Windows (out of standard since 1998, but still delivered with Windows as the only Romanian layout)
0. keyboard as is:
1. Caps Lock used: (in Windows NT and Windwos 2000, Ã, Â, Î, ª and Þ caps are not enabled by Caps Lock; Windows 2000 corrected this starting with service pack 3; Windows XP is ok)
2. Shift used:
3.1. AltGr used, in Windows 95, Windows 98 and Windows ME: (red keys are dead keys)
3.2. AltGr used, in Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000 and Windows XP: (dead keys are not working; at Microsoft Windows Keyboard Layouts site, for Romanian keyboard, dead keys are also not highlighted, except for cedilla, but which has no character associated; AltGr dead keys should have been represented in the same manner like for Croatian, Hungarian, Polish and Slovenian)
